         To all you many readers who have asked, "When is the 4th book coming out?" I have an answer.

          The 4th book in the Arucadi series has been finished for some time. Its title is Bryte's Ascent. It follows Lina and Oryon to the capital of Arucadi, the tiered city of Tirbat, where, having graduated from the Lesley Simonton School for the Magically Gifted, Oryon hopes to find work in government and Lina is searching for a power net like the one she so admired in When the Beast Ravens. A chance encounter with a young girl named Bryte complicates their plans and leads them into deadly danger.
